I brought my Tuscon in for a replacement part that was covered under warranty. They had to order the part and called me with it was in. I expected to wait at least 3+ hours, but the work was done in 45 mins! While they were replacing the part, they informed me that my rear brakes needed replacing. Although I had low mileage, I questioned it (even though I heard the brakes grinding). The technician showed me the back brakes vs. the front braked. He was patient and explained everything I had questions about and made me feel as ease with their diagnosis.
