they fixed the electrical system failure within 24 hours

the iccu controlling ac and dc flows for both the main battery and the 12-volt battery on my new car failed on a thursday night. on friday morning i made an appointment for 1pm that afternoon. the car was towed to haselwood. i got a call from joel in the service dept telling me they received the car and would start on it that afternoon and he would let me know how it went. a little after 6pm joel called to say they understood the problem and had the replacement iccu in hand. i was notified before noon on saturday that the car was ready to go.
