I feel the first person you meet (salesman) tells a lot about the dealership and their integrity, commitment to you and your experience. I never felt pushed into buying a car and got good information that I could understand and use to make my decision. I am especially happy to know that Haselwood Hyundai doesn’t stop helping you when you drive off the lot. They are there to meet all your needs and questions. I have had my car a week and love it more each drive. I have already recommended Haselwood to a friend.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Hyundai dealership,the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. My salesperson,James Hawkins was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured.

They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect car that met my needs and budget. The entire process, from test driving to financing, was seamless and stress-free. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a fantastic selection of vehicles.

What stood out the most was their transparency and honesty. They explained every detail and made sure I understood everything before signing. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind.
I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car and couldn’t recommend hyundai
enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dealership. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases

Great experience!
We had a great experience at Haselwood Hyundai leasing a new Ioniq 5 EV. No hassle, no pressure no problems just straightforward information and service. All the personnel were helpful and friendly. It was a fundamentally different experience than at other car dealerships and that’s a good thing!!

Recommend Haselwood to anyone
Our salesman, Mike Jones, was extremely knowledgeable on the BRAND, BRAND new car I just purchased. I peppered him with questions, and he was able to answer them all thoroughly and patiently. Don, the Finance manager, went above and beyond to do the final paperwork so both parties could close the sale and walk away happy.

I've purchased two cars from Haselwood and always taken my car there for service. I would recommend them to anyone - they're a great dealership!

Excellent customer service
Rebecca is not your ordinary car sales person. In fact I am not sure that her pay is even tied to the purchase of a car. She is the most informed person I have ever met in regard to their product line...she is a teacher who informs you about each model and she is a great listener. Every dealer ship should employ someone like this, then car shopping would a pleasure instead of something I always dread.

Bought 2024 hyundai Tuson.
We bought 3 hyundai's in the past 14 years at Haselwood Hyundai. Our 2nd vehicle had oil consumption issues and becuse of this we had to perform oil consumption tests for 4 years. Hyundai would not remedy. Because of this, we were very dissatisfied with Hyundai.
Dan, the General Manager, and James, our sales person, worked with us to help us purchase a new vehicle and gave us an appropriate trade in value for our troubled Santa Fe. James was a great person to work with. It seemed to us that he had the highest integrity. The people at Haselwood worked with us and if our new vehicle dosen't have the issues our Santa Fe did, we will be satisfied. Again, James (our sales person) is a great person to work with.

Just purchased our 2nd vehicle
We found ourselves in the market for a new car and without hesitation we immediately started looking at Haselwood Hyundai, where we purchased a new vehicle from 2 years ago. Our first experience was great, our second experience was even better. There was no pressure. The salesman we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional.
