Easygoing car buying experience with outstanding customer care
We had a great experience working with Mike Jones at Haselwood Hyundai while purchasing our Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. From the moment we arrived, Mike was welcoming, patient, and incredibly accommodating—especially considering we had our newborn infant with us. He took the time to walk us through the vehicle’s features in detail and guided us through a test drive without any pressure. I really appreciated that he gave me the space and time to get a genuine feel for the car rather than rushing the process. What stood out most was Mike’s professional and low-pressure approach. He never tried to push us into a decision and instead focused on helping us find the right vehicle for our needs. Once we decided on the Tucson Hybrid we liked, he worked with us to reach a fair and satisfying deal. Mike also went the extra mile by following up with us the next morning to see if we had any additional questions, which really showed his commitment to customer care even after the sale. Overall, Mike made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and comfortable. We would definitely recommend working with him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
