Can’t fix cars

This is my 3 rd review on the same car which has been in the shop every year for 3 years for the exact same reason they don’t call you you have to call them to check on your vehicle I called after 6 days of my wife’s car being serviced to hear we can’t make it do what you said it do which ( ac blows hot ) my car heat been messed up since the first winter 3 years ago been in the shop every winter we don’t drive it in the winter because of this this year they fixed the heat problem but messed up my ac which has been perfectly fine till they fixed the heat they are unprofessional at this location on MT MORIAH in Memphis brand new facility and the shop manager could care less just as unprofessional as his service team whoever owns that location has to be getting the wool pulled over there eyes I called and spoke with the guy that is supposed to be my service consultant he said the ac is cold and we can’t get it to do what you said it do which is blow hot it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure if it’s cold or hot so I’m a truck driver gone most of the week I told his unprofessional self I will be up there Saturday to show y’all he said the manager on vacation can you bring it next week how dumb that sounds because the manager doesn’t do mechanic work trust n believe they hate to see me coming guess I will call tomorrow and see if they know anything about anything at this point just a waste of money will go report to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and if possible the NEWS because it makes no sense it’s a repair shop who can’t do repairs hire professional technician not those playful kids I see ok enough time wasted but I’m wasting my money on a HYUNDAI Sonata limited with 35000 miles on it still new 2021 model ok ok
