Quick and efficient
Steve’s always does great service. If you get your car dropped off early, they get the work turned around quickly and explain the cost in full after tax before any work is done.

Quick and thorough
All I needed was break fluid exchange. I came in right when they opened and I was done within two hours. Well recommended, always a good experience.

Evaluation of tires and wheel alignment
They found a minor problem with my rims on the rear tires. They don't carry the rims so I was referred to another business. No charge for the evaluation.
The bonus is that they provided transportation back to my home and to retrieve my car. Never had a tire company offer this service. Great option when a customer doesn't want to wait on their vehicle.

Quick and friendly
Excellent service. In and out quickly, but I was there right at opening which helped. Excellent interactions with front desk. Reasonable fees for service rendered.

Always A Great Experience
The curb took a bite out of my tire. Steve's took care of me promptly and well. Because I'd purchased my tires there, the road hazard guarantee took care of about half the cost. I also appreciated that they didn't try to coax me into buying two or four new tires. They also put my donut and all my tools back in place - a lovely and much appreciated gesture:)
