I have had a negative experience overall. The staff is friendly, but they forgot to put a cap on the brake fluid, which caused a leak and could have been extremely dangerous. Then (under lease and what i thought included all recommended maintenance) they say it is recommended to have a $50 additive added with the oil change which isn't covered by the lease's service agreement. I would never buy another Genesis as it seems like bait and switch on service and less than reliable service when it is completed.
