I can’t help but feel like there is some sort of shady pricing scheme going on with the service of this dealership. They charge highly inflated service fees, for work that should be covered under warranty or by now a class action suit. From rats eating the insulation around the electrical wires, from my car being parked in my driveway, in the middle of a city, to the differential going out, twice! The cost of ownership for a Genesis is much higher than one is lead to believe. Avoid this dealership at all costs (trust me it will cost you), and avoid this brand. They are not even as good of cars as Hyandai.
