Wait time for maintenance was acceptable. Definitely improved this time from previous visits. Will have to see if this continues. Bathrooms are clean as well as the waiting room. While the brand is separated from the main brand on paper, the Genesis luxury experience is sorely lacking. I might as well buy the higher end general brand and save lots of money.
