Genesis' concierge service is great
I have a GV80 and a GV70. I tried to schedule the Genesis' concierge service for the GV80 and never got it to work out. However, this time the GV70 worked.

Routine 10000 Mile Maintenance
Wait time for maintenance was acceptable. Definitely improved this time from previous visits. Will have to see if this continues. Bathrooms are clean as well...
