First Auto Service on Tucson Hybrid
I came in for my first complimentary auto service, since purchased by Tucson Hybrid in December 2024. Scott Lee explain to me what was covered on my first complimentary service, and also made a recommendation about balancing my tires for the first tire rotation. He also explained what my service contract covered and discussed what was covered. Since this was the first hybrid I owned, I wasn't sure what type of auto service was required, so I appreciated Scott telling me that he would let me know when any other services were due, including my next service timeframe. He also took the time to show me where the waiting area was and would keep me informed when my car was ready. He also took the liberty to take my car to their complimentary car wash, when their regular car wash person was on his break. I appreciated special care and kindest that Scott gae to me as his customer. Thank you very much for your service!
