Price Gouging Crooks
Dealerships have some of the worst customer service and tactics I’ve ever dealt with. I tried Huntington Beach Hyundai initially they did not fix an issue the first time and charged me twice for service to correct a problem they did not properly fix. They also had me wait almost 6 weeks to have my vehicle inspected and get parts some of the slowest work I’ve ever seen.

I figured okay let’s give them one more shot but try a different location. I went to Garden Grove with knowledge ahead of time of the issue to see how they would handle it.

They were quick to work on it considering it was a holiday time. However when they initially got back to me made a bogus reason of I needed my spark plugs changed. However spark plugs are good for 100k miles and I was prepared for this as I had it already done by a trusted mechanic two weeks to a month prior just to be ahead of the dealership BS game. So informed them of this and they told me they would keep checking. They never even checked all they did was check the notes in their system rather than run a proper full check which they overcharge $275 for.

When they got back to me the second time they claimed they confused me with another customer…I doubt that. They said I need a fuel injector cleanse however u had recently ran one several months back I don’t see how running multiple is going to assist in this. I let them. Made certain to ask if they would fix the issue if it continued. They claimed yes but I just kept reading other posts of people dealing with similar issues and even watched that day as the service tech gave ridiculous advice to another customer while I waited for my shuttle home.

I decided at this point I will no longer waste my time trusting such crooks, liars, and worthless individuals. Save your money find a better mechanic not the dealership once your off your initial warranty because they will steal your soul.

They did their job but no
The pol are so nice but i sent the car to add a alarm system, and when I get the car back I found out there is an issue in the front brake! I drove this car for 6000 miles it's perfect, but someone there do something to the brake make it make a bad noise... please fix that for me

Routine service request
Upon entering the service bay I needed to attend to some personal requirements so I informed my advisor, Basir Zahir that my keys were in the car and I would be right back. While I was gone longer than expected, I assumed that I would have to start the paperwork process to get my car serviced; but I was informed that my car was already in the process and the paperwork was completed . I was given an estimated wait time of 90 min, which was normal based on my past experience.
While in the wait lounge, I occupied myself with some personal business but seemingly not 45 min went by and my adviser appeared and informed me that my car was ready. Needless to say I was surprised and pleased.

Good customer service!
My EV needs a headlight's replacement and a tire repair last week. I drove in near the end of business day without an appointment. Talked to the service representative, Daisy. She accommodated me - had the vehicle checked and provided a cost estimate. The next day she notified me for the car pickup. I had good experience at this dealership!
