worst customer service experience
My car has been in the shop for more than a month now. Every time I called they have me wait for a long time and then transfer me around. Whenever I can talk to a person, he/she told me that someone will call me back later. They never called back. No one can tell me when can I have my car back. My family bought 2 cars from Freeman and most likely we will never want to do business with Freeman again. So mad. This is the worst customer service experience that I have in my life.....
