I'm so disappointed with my first appointment to your service department, not a good first impression at al! The service advisor Carina was great though, it wasn't her fault and she only charged for half an hour labor. $125!
I'm so upset, I spend approximately $40k on a car with an extended warranty and to be charged for something so minor which again like I said is not a normal occurrence, it appears to me that it most certainly is a defect. It is UNFAIR!
Freeman Hyundai Service Department has left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak, no common courtesy . Again, I'm SO disappointed!
I wrote to them, no response and I spoke to main Hyundai, they didn't do anything either! Boo
