purchasing a Santa Cruz
The reason I gave a 2 star is because the sales rep was great on getting the numbers to where I need it to be. but the only thing is that as we was talking about the deal , I was telling them that I needed a trailer hitch or some top reels , he said that if he have to take it off of anther 2023 santa cruz he would do it then couple days later that I decide to go ahead with the deal and then after that he told me that they can sell the top rack at cost and when they told me the price of it from the parts dept. I did not want to pay that amount when he had me understanding he was going to add that in. I was tired and exhausted and when i just sign for the car it was like here is the keys the car is parked on the side, I was not use that they did not go over the car or anything , just gave me the keys to the car, I purchase a car at least 2 times a year but my first time that a dealership just say have a nice day they did not escort me out to the truck and that's it. They have a good financing dept that can make things happen. Once I got the truck it did not have no speed to it so I had to take it back to the dealership the next day and found out one of the hoses was hanging off that goes to the turbo. Oh also the service dept was great on fixing my truck , its seem like the people in the parts dept look so angry all the time, I just had a uncomfortable feeling and i should not have that feeling , that suppose to be a happy day when you purchase car.
