They tried to rip me off!!
Be careful with these guys, get a second opinion on your service quote. I dropped off my Rav4 with an electrical issue and experienced a week of complete run around, lies and deception. At first they told me all of the problems with the vehicle were due to a collision resulting in a broken ground wire or a connection being damaged in the collision. This set me up for a long drawn out investigation of the situation and would cost thousands. At first I believed them, coming from a ligit Toyota store they must be right, Right? Wrong, I stopped the work so I could take the car to get a second opinion. There was no collision history. Turns out they were lying about it to get me to authorize a long drawn out investigation of the problem. Because I already paid them $200 to diagnose the problem that they didn’t fix, I brought the car back to them and explained again that there was no collision. There was still an issue and must be something else. I requested that they look again. I waited 4 days before Jon called me back to inform me that the car is done. He also let me know that the bill was $525 more than the $200 I had already paid up front. He explained to me all of the hours it took to find the problem. I'm not new to this, I had already pulled the trouble codes from the car before I brought it to them. The first step in trouble shooting this type of code is to check the fuzes. I had already caught them in the lie about the collision. So when they tried to over exaggerate the situation again so they could over charge me, I knew they were trying to rip me off. It turns out the mechanic was billing me for 3 hours of labor before doing the initial first step of diagnosis. Foot Hills Toyota was obviously milking the bill to make more money off of me. Bottom line, my car only needed a new fuse that should have taken no more than half an hour to do. That new fuse took me two trips to the dealership, much agony and an attempt to charge me $725 for a fuze.

Amazing Service with Salesperson Stacey and GM Brandon
I have a leased vehicle through Foothills. My salesperson, Stacey, was amazing with the lease and has been my go-to for any questions even though we no longer live in WA. I called her recently with 2 questions, the latter about a VIN inspection issue on my daughters wrecked toyota RAV4 that was not purchased at her facility and was in Puyallup in a wrecking yard. She was able to transfer me to her GM Brandon, who advised us to contact Toyota of Puyallup for assistance. Brandon went out of his way to tell us what needed to be done and offered his assistance with helping us and Puyallup (if needed) to complete the paperwork. We contacted GM Rich in Puyallup who was equally amazing in helping us get this done. I was blown away at how helpful sales and service in both facilities have been. I especially appreciate GM Brandon's knowledge and willingness to help us in this matter. This is why we are Toyota people. THANK you!

Worst treatment ever
If I could give minus stars to this dealership and salesperson I would. I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely or treated so poorly in any sales situation. From the start Tyler Huseman was condescending and rude to me and my 17 year old
son. She didn’t acknowledge my son or ask his name. We both got the very strong feeling that once she met us, she didn’t really want to engage or help us. My son and I both felt like it was racial discrimination.
When I pointed out that she didn’t need to speak to me rudely, she became even ruder and walked away and shouted confidential information from my credit file across the dealership. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a salesperson. She has no business dealing with the public or customers private information. I will be calling Toyota corporate and reporting this first thing tomorrow. Unbelievable treatment. I am a salesperson by trade and have worked for some of the top companies as well as own my own real estate company. I have never spoken to a client like this in my life and honestly can’t believe she is still employed and allowed to speak to customers like this.

APEX! Love my car! Toyota family here we come :) Thank you TRINA P.
Big shout out to Trina Parkurst! I have bought several cars over the last three years. I tried all the dealerships in Burlington and felt that Toyota was the best fit for me. The research showed that Toyota had the best resale value, and they work with your bottom line and help you get the deal that works for you. I bought the 2021 Toyota Corolla Apex stick drive. This car is a fantastic car with excellent gas mileage.
A couple of months later, my sister needed a new car after her Mini cooper's engine blew. She went to several of the dealerships in Burlington she test drove several vehicles. I took her to Toyota last. At this point, she beyond stressed. There was Trina again and ready to help. She helped my sister find the perfect car and kept her at the rate that she wanted.
Three weeks later! My husband is finally ready to get rid of the Jeep. He went to Nissan and liked a couple of the cars, although the GAP rates were pretty high. Last he went to Toyota. I was not able to be there. I called and asked for Trina. She was happy to help my husband. She kept him at the rate that we needed, and here we are now, slowly becoming a Toyota family!

Shelby and I would like to let Trina know that we are now calling each other the Toyota Sisters!!!

I am happy to say my 20-year-old daughter is getting ready to get a new car! Guess where we are going........... FOOTHILLS TOYOTA!!!!!!

Disconnect between “scheduled” maintenance and what was needed
Turned out that I did not need an oil change after all so I ended up paying for a tire rotation that would have been free from the place where I bought my tires.

Great Service!
Foothills makes it very easy to get your car serviced. I made my appointment online. They were finished with my oil change and tire rotation in 40 minutes including a car wash. They do a great job.

Fast, friendly, thorough, and efficient + free car wash!
This was a simple recall to check the wiring harness and secure it where needed. Appointment was made exactly when I needed it. Arrival and check in only took a couple of minutes. The check and minor repair was completed in well under one hour, including the free car wash. While waiting in the pleasant waiting area I enjoyed a nice cup of hot cocoa (could have had other items, if I had wanted to).

All-in-all, couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Excellent dealership experience, and the reason I drive 28 miles to Foothills instead of going to dealerships much closer to where I live.

I had never leased a vehicle. David was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable! He took his time to fully explain leasing and how it works. When it came time to take possession, he detailed it and filled my gas tank himself! I will return when it's time to buy in the future, I hope David is still there!
