Good experience
Good experience, brought the car home same day. Dante was great, down to earth and not pushy. After inspecting the car, they filled the oil and replaced the brake light that was out.

Terrific Experience
Big shout out to Chase who helped us snag a real gem (Subaru Outback) for a very good price. My wife and I love the car and really enjoyed our experience at Rich's Car Corner. No pressure to buy and Chase really knows his stuff. The negotiation/buying process was a breeze and we couldn't have asked for a more positive experience.

I got a car that test drove fine but started stalling 2 days after I purchased it. Had to replace the battery and alternator for it to be drivable. Got stranded in traffic and had to be towed. Spent roughly 6000 dollars on top of the 4000 for the car. No way he didn't know the alternator was bad, could have at least warned me about it.

So helpful and dependable
I have purchased my cars from Rich’s for many years. I trust them. The vehicles I have purchased have been very dependable. This time I was having a hard time finding what I wanted. I asked for help and after searching their inventory the representative told me he had a Toyota RAV 4 that I would like. It was perfect. I am so happy. They are never pushy but are very helpful when asked.

How Car Buying Experience Should Be
Most people dread going to a dealer because how difficult they make the car buying process. I met one of their employees, Chase, he gave me the keys to the vehicle. I inspected it and took it for a test drive. I took sometime the think about it. No pressure whatsoever. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, I came back and the whole process took 25-30min. Thanks for the pleasant experience, Chase.

Thanks Rich and Ron!
I bought a lovely 2008 Buick Lucerne at RCC last October. Ron was very helpful in getting me financed and addressing any concerns. Two months later, the car still drives like a dream. A full inspection at Firestone only found a leaking oil pan so I had them replace the gasket. Otherwise, I haven't had any issues. This is by far the nicest vehicle I've ever owned and I got it for a reasonable price. A++

We appreciate you sharing your experience! It sounds like the 2008 Buick Lucerne is not just a great ride, but also a reliable companion. Ron certainly knows how to make the financing process feel less like pulling teeth and more like a leisurely drive down the highway. We’re glad the inspection turned up only a minor oil pan issue—sometimes a little leak is just the universe reminding us to stay on our toes.
