High price liw quality services
The service prices were significantly higher than average. The service staff informed me that a rental car is not available for services with less than a two-hour service time, so my rental request was declined, despite my having a warranty service package that allows for a free car rental. Additionally, the service took over three hours to complete. When I received my car back, it had not been washed, and my belongings in the glove box had fallen onto the floor. This place used to be better in the past, but not anymore.

Not the usual outstanding exoerience
This is the first time I was disappointed. I brought my car in for a routine service at 9:00 and,didn't get my car until 12:00. I was told it would take 35 minutes. When I, asked what was the delay I was told that there was a shortage of service advisors. I am not sure,what that has to do with the delay.

Bad service, not trust worthy
Bought a 2022 sonata, it has only been service by them. At some point parts were taken off and not put back correctly, eventually causing damage to my car as a result. Lynn pitmon assistant service manager and service director Alel Lester have refuse to make things right and fix my car. They have ignore my calls and the service director has completely ignore both calls and emails. A word of advice which I didn't take from others. Check your vehicles thoroughly before leaving or you might have to stop on the middle of the highway to pick up the pieces like I did. I would never recommend anyone to buy or service a vehicle there again. Once you buy your vehicle things really change

Starts great! Then.. right at closing comes weasel words and deal changes.
The short answer is that they are not honest and they try to trick you. We went there to look at a used car advertised, among other things, to carry the dealer’s "Certified Pre-owned Warranty". This warranty is a mechanism that extends the original factory warranty to a subsequent buyer. There is this very odd thing which is a non-transferable portion of the Hyundai factory warranty. Most other car manufacturers don't work this way; typically, the whole factory warranty simply follows the VIN with any follow-on change of ownership. Not so with Hyundais.
In any case, we looked at the car (specifically asking about the Certified Pre-owned (CPO) warranty several times), did a test drive, and made sure everybody in the family liked it. We did not haggle even a little bit. We were happy and made an appointment to buy the car. The next business day, at the very last moment, with our checkbook out, they said, "Oh, there is this outstanding trunk latch recall on the car, so we can’t provide a CPO warranty for the car." Hoping we would buy the car anyway, they thought they could squeeze us out of the warranty (which pockets them more money) or maybe they never intended to honor the warranty. We had to walk away. I don’t mind negotiating – but waiting until the very last second to spring a money grab is not cool. It’s very adversarial. Why not just tell me up front and we could have worked out a deal?
That was a week ago. Today, I checked back with them to see if they had resolved anything; they stood by the recall story – but, now the manager and salesman are very angry with us because we called Hyundai Corporate to ask about the situation and Fitzgerald had to spend a lot of time dealing with that (I don’t know why). Every other Hyundai dealer we have spoken with said Fitzgerald's story about a trunk latch recall preventing the issuance of a CPO is bizarre. According to them, this was likely a last-second grab after the Fitzgerald manager thought we had "mentally bought the car".
This exact car and VIN number is STILL LISTED AND ADVERTISED today on the Fitzgerald website as being sold with the "Certified Pre-owned Warranty"! It’s a classic example of bait and switch.

Is this a one-off event? It is not; the salesman told us, point blank, he had done this recently, two times before, and the customers went ahead and bought the car from him without the warranty and he encouraged us to do the same.

So, I get this e-mail late today from the salesman. In a back and forth, he explained to me that we must have been thinking of the “Hyundai Certified Pre-owned Warranty”. He explained their advertisement says it is the “FitzWay Certified Pre-owned Warranty” which means you get the much reduced re-purchase warranty – which, importantly, is what you get purchasing any used Hyundai anywhere in the world, from anybody. The precursor “FitzWay” means you get absolutely nothing; it’s worthless – but they would clearly like you to think it’s the real Certified Pre-owned Warranty. How tricky is that? I’m really blown away!

Another little nit is that the FitzWay advertisement says it has carpeted floor mats. It’s right alongside the mileage and the year. That was another thing that mysteriously disappeared as we asked about it at closing. The salesman said the advertisement meant that carpeted floor mats originally came with the car when it was brand new. So, I guess it had 43,000 miles on it when it was brand new too, right? No surprise that they offered to sell us the floor mats for several hundred dollars extra.

I don’t care to work with liars. I don't mind negotiating, but when people are slippery with the truth, deceptive, and pull tricks - it really bothers me. So... don't believe the no haggle, no hassle guarantee talk they advertise on all their TV commercials. We did not haggle, but they do!
What a hassle.

Worst Car Buying Exprience
The staff was terrible at communication I constantly was receiving emails from other people from my sales rep. If I had sent any sensitive personal information it possibly could have been sent to someone else. I still receive emails meant for other people after I purchased the car.

The financing office was not very clear, It has been 2 weeks and I have still yet to receive my loan information, not my credit is at risk.
