Phenomenal customer service, friendly knowledgeable / honest staff, highly recommended service shop!
I’m a contractor from out of state. I was on my way to do work nearby at a local facility when I had a check engine light come on in my diesel service truck. (GM vehicle) I called a nearby GM dealership and they were booked out all week and were not able to get me in right away. I asked if they knew of any other nearby service centers and they recommended Finns Automotive. I called up Finns Automotive and they were able to get me in that same day, to at least put a scanner on the truck and check to see what the check engine light codes were. After scanning the vehicle they determined the problem and were able to order the parts and make repairs to the truck the very next day. This was super convenient for me for the simple the fact that I needed the service truck back ASAP to be able to do my job tasks. Parts and labor were fairly priced. Customer service was phenomenal and the staff and technicians were very knowledgeable and honest! Highly recommended service shop to go to if you’re in the need for automotive service repair.

Finns helped me when the chain stores wouldn't
New customer to Finns today and they likely made a customer for life. I had suspension issues and the chain stores couldn't source the springs for my CX-5. I called around and found them myself and picked up the parts needed. Finns was not only able to install my customer sourced parts (when the chains refused) but they also found a way to fit me in to a packed schedule to do it on the day I inquired which went above and beyond so I could pass inspection. I found their labor rates to be fair to good as well. I'll definitely come back!

Fast and efficient
Had to come in for New York State inspection and it was fast and efficient unlike most places where they keep you there for an hour, it was less than 30 minutes.

Car inspection
I didn’t tell them ahead of time that I would be waiting for my car. But, the inspection was done right away, efficiently and with no surprises. I didn’t need the reading material I brought!

My New Shop From Now On.
My lifelong family mechanic retired recently so I needed a tow somewhere. Battery drained and car wouldn’t start even with a jump.

I simply wanted to first try a battery replacement but they correctly diagnosed the problem. For 5 years I’ve owned my used car I’ve always known there’s something wonky with the aftermarket automatic car starter that the previous owner had installed. It wasn’t the battery, btw. And they were correct. They could’ve replaced it and charged for parts and time, right there.

For half a decade and everyone who has looked at my car, nobody had come to this conclusion. But they took the car in, checked everything they could and then referred me to another company that could address the specific problem. They spent the time to figure out something that had been overlooked and has been a headache forever.. handed me my keys and didn’t charge me for the help.

It will be my new place from now on because that’s 5 star customer service in my book!

Asked and received good advice for new tires. Good price and timely install.
First time back to Finns with my new car warranty now expiring. Wanted some new tires that would hold up pulling a 3500# trailer on occasion. Janice was very knowledgeable and steered me to some tires that seemed to meet the mark. Install was excellent and timely. Thanks again to Finns for continued excellent customer service.

I had a pretty involved engine repair.
It surely wasn’t an overnight repair but in the end my vehicle runs great with no issues.
