To answer your concern, we have our techs pull the cabin air filter to show to the customer because not everyone has a clear understanding of what the filter is or what it does. If the customer declines the repair, we reinstall the part back in the car at no charge. If the customer purchases the filter, the price includes removal, installation, and cleaning of the holding box.
