Excellent work and friendly staff
The title says it all. Someone had side swiped my car in a parking lot and the side mirror left a dent and scratch along my front fender. I don't have a Toyota or a Lexus, but they fixed it up and you can't tell anything happened. They even fixed a little door ding as part of the service. I have no complaints!

A very, very expensive body shop
So, I needed bodywork done. My dealership recommended METRO Accident Repair Center (MARC). I won't say who, but I was warned about MARC's prices, beforehand.

MARC eventually called me with an estimate. Ah...yes, I remember it like yesterday. It was worse than I ever imagined. The bill was so high, I actually got lightheaded while on the phone. The bill was so high that my insurance company flat-out refused to pay the entire amount. I had to pay half the bill myself!

Having said all that, the work was quite excellent. MARC is very expensive, but their work is excellent.

So...if you want the best, you're going to have to pay for it

Good work on the repair. The rest seems like a dodgy car salesman. Not happy with the process. And Where are my used parts after asking 3 people 6 times?

Repair on 2024 Lexus
Horrible experience with this body shop. Do not go there. They changed their estimate on me when they called me to pick up my car. It went from roughly $3900 to $4700 hundred. Told them no way, they called me back and got the estimate down to $4250…. Still costs me almost $300 in addition to my deductible. Melissa who identified herself as the manager told me if I didn’t pay the extra she’d put the bad parts back on my car. Great customer service (right???). Well I’ve called Lexus and lodged a formal complaint about this.

Highly competent staff provided friendly customer service. Workmanship made my Lexus as good as new.
I was concerned that the Lexus NX250h I had waited a year to receive after Covid would never be as good as new, after driving it for only a year. But I was wrong - it looked BETTER than new by the time these guys had finished their work. They kept me current on repair progress and cost estimate. I do not hesitate to recommend anyone to entrust their damaged vehicles to this company. They use genuine OEM parts (my key concern) which maintains the vehicle warranty, and they provide a lifetime guarantee for their work.

Removing replace front bumper from trashcan damage
I will be brief:
-One month and five days to get my truck back after a garbage can hit my front end—-completely unacceptable
-Almost $6000 to replace my front bumper, price gouging the customer and ultimately the insurance company thus the consumer on the backend
-Metro Toyota was incapable of maintaining constant communication between my insurance company and them
-Employee was left specific notes on how and where to drop my vehicle off once it was complete due to military service, employee failed at following instructions, despite leaving notes on my account
I would not recommend using this company, despite purchasing my vehicle from Toyota, use a local repair shop in your neighborhood
