Transmission under warranty
I dropped my vehicle off 7 weeks ago for them to replace my transmission that is under warranty. I've been left with no vehicle this whole time. I was told 10 to 14 days to receive the new transmission and only a half day to replace it. I've called numerous times asking for an update and never receiving even a call back.

Could not possibly care less about customer post-sale
Worst dealership experience I've ever had. I buy a car from them, they have me sign off on the fact that the brakes have been done, and less than 5000 miles later, I need a rear brake job. I reach out, thinking they probably missed something, and they'll just have me bring it in, only to be told, "There's nothing we can do at this point", by the used car manager. Better yet, he copies the GM and the service manager, and neither one of them even bothers to respond! Unbelievable. Not a snowballs chance in Hades that I'll ever use these guys again.

Alexandria Fuldauer Sales & Leasing was Fantastic
I was in search of a vehicle to haul my growing family; I found the *gem* online and called the store and Alex's friendly voice answered- eager to help! She answered all my questions with confidence. If she didn't know the answer, she was quick on the trigger to find it out for us! - that's important to me. Alex handled us like family from the moment she answered the phone, to the personal delivery we received. I hope to not be in the car market for a very long long time, But i would 10/10 recommend Crestmont Hyundai to anyone looking for a vehicle. The Store manager Chris isn't half bad either; he was also great to work with.

5 months of BS
I drive a 2017 Hyundai Veloster Turbo it was brought in March 10 today is July 23. After many times of reaching out contacting the dealership itself and Hyundai corporate being told multiple times that I would receive a call back within 24 to 48 hours and not hearing from them for weeks at a time. Eight weeks ago I was told it would be six weeks. Nobody had a straight answer for me and nobody knew exactly what’s going on with my car. I went in there yesterday to try and speak to the service manager he was not in town. So I went back today because once again he did not call me back and I had asked him what the hell was taking so long and he basically said he didn’t know and I said OK well I was told by corporate weeks ago that y’all have received everything of my parts that you need so why is my car not finished. He said OK we’ll see what we can do and he was the first offer me a loaner vehicle. I had asked for a loaner before and they had denied me and they were requesting that I pay out-of-pocket and that they would reimburse me, mind you it’s been 5 months I don’t know who can afford a rental car for 5 months let alone a full-time student and part-time worker but they were never here to hear that out. So finally after he offered me the rental he walked away to go talk to one of the salesman or whatever and he came back in and he said good news you won’t need a rental your car is finished. So how come two minutes ago you were just telling me that you have not received all the parts for my car and now you’re telling me that it’s finished? I get it’s not one person‘s problem but an entirety problem of the company and I appreciate the service manager offering me a rental but when you don’t know exactly what’s going on with your shop and with the cars that you have people can question it. . And also how come he did not have a receipt stating that all my parts had been shipped in? And I know this is hearsay but I have two close friends that I have stated that they’ve seen my car driving around my town when I in fact have not had it, which makes sense seeing as how it’s been finished for God knows how long and it’s just been sitting on the lot since nobody kept record of it being finish. Again I will get the service manager credit because he did end up paying for my diagnostic but that kind of comes with the territory if you’re going to have me out of a car for six months for your own mistake I would expect you to pay for it so I appreciate him for that for sure but overall I was not impressed I was not satisfied I have friends all over in the mechanic industry and every single one of them says it’s absolutely absurd that a car would sit for five months. I don’t want to blame the guys in the front line bc I know it typically starts up higher and trickles the bs down through the business, however, they should probably pay closer attention to these things. This was the dumbest thing I’ve ever been put through with a dealership and I know for a fact I will not be back here.

Worst service ever
Had my car for 4 months for a new engine covered under warranty. Phone calls never returned. Manager always in a meeting. Found out later my engine was delivered 2 months ago and not installed. Promised completion dates that were never met. No loaner cars were ever available. Found out after the fact we could have been put on a waiting list. NEVER going back again

Denied warranty on well maintained car
Sante fe had issues so too in for service. Dealer claims the car was nit maintained despite the records showing they maintained the car. Lies and stonewalling have forced me to take action. hyundai denied the warranty for a made up reason and ignore the car hostory.

Terry Coggins and the whole staff are excellent!
Just got another Hyundai in less then a year. I just want to thank Terry Coggins for all is great help with my wife and I . The service department has been great with my Kona from a year ago and just 4/29/22 thanks to Terry I got another Kona.

Horrible Service
Truly the worst customer service. Zero communication. So many unreturned calls. They held my car hostage for 47 days. They set up a rental because they had no available courtesy cars and agreed to pay for it. They set it up rented in the dealers name on the dealer account. The rental bill stated “100% paid by Crestmont” Then Crestmont did not pay the bill so the rental company charged my card that was on file for incidentals. Zero discussion of this surprise $1900 charge. Poor communication. I was told I would hear back in a week what was going on. I left messages and they went unreturned. As soon as I got the car back from service (unfixed), I got rid of it. Worth not having to deal with Crestmont ever again. Do not take your vehicle here for service! Very sneaky and dishonest.

The entire staff is friendly, courteous and professional. I have always had a positive experience at Crestmont. We will continue to have our Hyundais serviced here.
