Absolute joke of a dealership

They scheduled me 5 weeks out for a service that would’ve been covered under the maintenance contract, but I went just over the mileage waiting for this appointment for them to tell me I’m out of luck and that if I had called I probably would’ve only been 6 or 7 days for an appointment. Absolute joke and completely unprofessional response. Then the service writer gave me a price of $1200-1300. I told them not to do one of the services that I was told was $419. You would think the total would be $800-900. It was over $1200 and was given no real answer. Mike just tried to say that was the price without doing the service I told. They also did not do the windshield wipers that they said they would. Management didn’t care about the run around and lying. I would never use them again. They also didn’t properly do the coolant flush. I had to have the coolant system bled due to an air pocket in it. They were the only ones to touch the coolant system the entire time I’ve owned the car. They will screw you over, lie and leave your car not functioning properly. Management will not care so don’t even bother.
