Wonderful Experience
I was in need of a vehicle and decided Monday 7/10/22 was the day. I called Crain Hyundai and spoke to Nick Brown(who is an awesome salesman). I explained to him what I was looking for and I was on my way and when I arrived he was ready me. I purchased a car that day because he listened and his salesmanship. Thank you Nick Brown

Worst Ever
Made three different appointments to get a recall fixed and it is still not done. The last appointment I took off from work because they said the recall repair was not available on Saturday. Lost half a day of work and had to drive an hour to get there. Today their excuse was that the technician went home sick and none of the others could do the job. This was a scheduled appointment that I had an email confirmation for. They never called me to cancel the appointment so I showed up expecting the work to be done. They never offered me any compensation for my time, travel, or missing work. This recalled part can cause a fire if not repaired so one would think it would be a priority for them to get these vehicles repaired. I was told I could go to another location and try my luck there. Really sorry customer service. I will never buy a vehicle there again and never service my car there again!

Poor service in my view. Been an Hyundai owner since 2002. Great SUV to buy but will shop around after this visit.

Only interested in your $$$
They asked me to come in four times to sign something and then when I got there told me they didn't have it or I didn't have to sign anything. I had to involve investigators from the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commision, the Attorney General's Office, and the Better Business Bureau, as well as others, to get the Dealer to do the paperwork for the title to be done, and to get a refund. The Customer Service representative hung up on me and the Revenue Office worker while I was at the Revenue Office trying to get the paperwork completed. Before they told me what they would give me for me trade-in they gave me a financial agreement to sign and acted surprised when I wanted to know what I would be getting for my trade in! Any good reviews are probably from the managers.

Unexpected service
I was unaware the service department had changed Saturdays to appointment only. Because we had driven two hours to get there, the staff was able to fit me in and took great care of us.

Stealing and Lying
If you buy a new car and say you don't want any additional warranty they will add $3,000 to your loan and not tell you then they will buy a warranty and cancel it the same day you bought your car without telling you and get a $3,000. refund from the warranty company. You will not know any of this is going on and they hope you don't notice the additional $3000. added to your loan. So they get the $3000. refund instantly and then depending how long it takes you to pay your loan another 3 to $6,000. Check your loans and see if they are the same as the purchase order when you bought your car. Or if it is about $3,000. more on the loan than the purchase order says.
If you bought an extended warranty with a used or nee car they may have canceled it without you knowing it and gotten a refund for it without you knowing anything about it. Contact the warranty company and see if your warranty is still in effect. This is Crain Hyundai of North Little Rock I'm talking about.
And even if you catch them doing it they won't give you your money even though they got it about a week after you bought your new car, for example.
Almost everything they say is a lie and they are all about trying to steal as much from you as they can.
I never want to set foot in that place again. I'll drive 75 more miles out of my way to use another dealer. I really can't convey want to disgusting place that is. I hope nobody ever goes there to buy a car.
Have you heard that they hire new people until they sell cars to all their friends and family and then when the sales slow down they let them go and hire someone else until they sell to their friends and family, etc. ... .
All the managers are con men who smile at you and talk nicely while they're reaching as deep into your pockets as they can. They pride themselves on that. They have nothing to do with getting you the car that's best for you or trying to educate you or help you.
Don't go anywhere near it. You'll be sorry.

Time waster
A scheduled oil change should not take an hour and a half. But it always does at almost any dealership service department. I have never understood this and once my free oil changes are made I go to a local automotive service place. (56 years of experience)
