Left wondering
I took my vehicle to town center to get an estimate of how much the work would cost. After they did a review, I waited all day for a call that didn’t come so I called to check for the estimate and was given the amount along with a bill! I asked what was the charges for and was told it was for diagnostics not an estimate in which I asked for. Then it was a supply charge on my bill in which I inquired about and if course it was taken off. My experience was very disappointing because I paid for an estimate and my car wasn’t repaired at all.

I had already went to competitor and was highly unsatisfied. Bobby informed me of all repairs and worked with me with what needs to be done now/cost and provided me education/cost of future repairs. Honesty!!
