I had a very hard to diagnose "check engine" light that kept coming on. They did some diagnostic and adjustment work and then the light came back on. They again did some adjustment work but it ended up that Cadillac had a silent warranty on the timing belt and the Cadillac dealer had to service the car under warranty. Chuck was kind enough to credit me for the last service work since they didn't fix the problem although they tried. I really appreciate that type of integrity in the car repair field.
