Disappointing Service and Poor Quality – Avoid Opeka Auto Repair
Opeka Auto Repair provided poor service, with delayed repairs and a lack of communication. They returned my car with unrepaired damage and non-functional steering wheel buttons, then denied responsibility. Quality control was lacking, and they failed to meet basic expectations. I won’t be using their services again.

Delayed repairs and communication lapses can feel like trying to navigate a maze blindfolded—frustrating and certainly not what you deserve. As for the unrepaired damage and steering wheel buttons, that's absolutely not how we want to roll. Excellent!
Super happy with the work that was done to my car. The finish is excellent and the paint matches perfectly with the rest of the vehicle. During the repair process, additional damage was found on my vehicle that was not fixed from the previous owner. Opeka let me know immediately and asked if I wanted to fix the additional damage while the vehicle was disassembled. Super kind of them to make me aware of this, as it was not part of the initial estimate! Thanks!!

They were able to deal with a less than cooperative adjuster and get everything approved by the insurance company

Great job repairing my daughers vehicle

Looks good
I would go back if I needed another repair. Took a month to get an appointment to repair a scrape from the rear bumper to the rear door. Took another week to for the repair to be completed. Took another week to get a piece of molding between the door and window. Customer service (Amanda) was great. The interaction with the rental car agency was very smooth. Result looks good.
