Outstanding Auto Repair Company
At the recommendation of my Subaru dealer, I had Opeka Auto Repair do the repair work on my Subaru Ascent. It was sideswiped, by a hit and run driver in a hotel parking lot so I had to cover the costs. Opeka provided two repair options, trying the least expensive one first…suction dent repair, which was successful. The workmanship is outstanding

Very good experience all together, tho, not thrilled w/ amount of time taken to complete work.
Overall, good experience repair job looks great awesome staff, however it took a lot longer to complete work than originally estimated. Was not that fond w/ this for at drop off I was informed that they anticipated it would take a week and one day to complete and it ended up taking 3 weeks and 1 day.

Everything about it was awesome and staff were very sweet and friendly, except for it taking much longer for work to be complete than estimated time for it to be so in the first place.

Good morning, there are out of our control to include the customers' insurance company writing a poor estimate of record. Our timeline was based off the estimate provided by the insurance company and after our 100% disassembly, there were 27 more hours of repair added and parts that needed to be ordered, and all of this needed to be authorized by the insurance company.

I will not go back to Opeka
Lack of communication at first. Took way too long. Not quality repairs. I have a brand new car and it is not the same since they did not calibrate my headlights correctly. From the initial meeting until completion was well over 2 months.

Poor quality collision repair
I brought my car to OPEKA based on great reviews. My car was backed into while I was parked, so this was through an insurance claim. After 2 weeks in the ship, my car was ready. However, immediately I noticed the spoiler was not on properly and it was scraped up! They said they would replace that. Then, I get home and notice the ORANGE PEEL where they repainted the quarter panels! It looks horrible, and totally noticeable. Then I looked closer and found so many chips in the new paint. The tail light was also sticking out as well. I'm horrified that this passed their final inspection and I'm wondering if all these great reviews are just robots?! I'll be speaking to their manager tomorrow, since I noticed this all at 4pm

Good workers and a nice company to deal with
I have been to them for a major repair and a tiny repair. Both were done very nicely. It took a little time but that's because so many other people also like dealing with them

Great repair shop do excellant work. Scheduling a date to bring it in for the repair i thought was lagging waited almost 2 months to drop vehicle off and no parts were on backorder. Otherwise great repair shop.

Opeka Auto Repair is committed to all of our customer's reguardless of make or model. All of our customer's have a choice to where they get their vehicle repaired, we have a back log of 6-8 weeks because we do things right the first time. This review of 4 stars is inaccurate of our repairs to this customer's vehicle. Scheduling is not a repair but a secured sopt to get repairs started.

Outstanding Customer Service
All interactions with the staff were excellent. No matter what the issue, they were there to help and provide useful insight in resolving any issues along the way. The care was cleaner then how I left it. Would choose them again without hesitation.

Great service and communication
