After years of trotting off to Lexus North Hills, I'm glad I found Chucks. They are thorough, efficient diagnosticians and mechanics. What distinguishes Chucks is that that go the extra mile. With Chuck's though, I have a totally different feeling--that is---they are going the extra mile because they care about me and my car--not because they want to hike the bill up.
