Always Excellent Customer Service
My car overheated on the way to pick up my daughter from school. Never a good feeling to lose trust in your vehicle especially when it comes to driving with precious cargo. I asked my husband if we needed to get it quickly to the body shop down the street from our house. He refused because they charged too much for a simple oil change. No, he wanted to take it to Chad Miller Auto Care, with which we had previous experience when the door locks malfunctioned on our 2005 Jeep Liberty. Chad and his team are fast, thorough, and wonderfully friendly! They communicate regularly about what is happening with the vehicle and when it will be finished. It's great seeing Chad's business grow which I believe is a testament to providing excellent customer service.
