Quality People
It is so difficult to find a company that is trustworthy. Mr. Miller and his team are worthy of your trust. On my last visit I took my truck for some needed repairs and these guys were competent and honest. On this, my second visit, I took my little VW and once again I'm completely satisfied. I was so happy with the team that I decided to bring them some refreshments to show my gratitude. Upon returning to the shop the mechanic that worked on my car approached me to make sure I was completely satisfied with his work. His concern and willingness to care that much was the final nail in the coffin for me. I'm done hunting for the right shop, because I found it!

Absolutely awesome experience
Customer service is obviously paramount in this company. This is not my first time working with them and I must say, having direct contact with and access to the owner is almost unheard of in a shop of this magnitude. The owner worked with me along with his employees to make the most effective decisions by explaining absolutely every step. I WILL CONTINUE TO TRUST CHAD MILLER WITH MY VEHICLES.

Brake pads, rudder, and oil change
I went to chad millers through various source s online giving great ratings and love to this shop. I went to this shop with low expectations due to all of the shady service shops around San Antonio. I can confidently say that chad miller blew away all of my cautions and wariness of service shops. Chad worked with my and my limited budget and did everything in his power to help me out. Coming from Louisiana and having Chad Millers as my first car shop gives me the same feeling as having a friend as a local mechanic that will try their best to help you out. I will for now on only go to Chad Millets for anything regarding my car.

Professional work on a tough job!
I was impressed from the start when I called and the shop owner, Chad immediately gave me a quote to change out oil cooler lines that were leaking and belts that needed replacing. Although a very tough job to replace the lines they got it done in the time he quoted. Great auto shop!

Outstanding auto service!
These guys are great. They know their work AND your car, and they do great work AND do it honestly and in a timely fashion. Don’t go to them just to save money - go to them to get the job done right the first time!
