Great mechanic
I read a bunch of good reviews online and brought our 2006 Nissan Sentra here. It was easy to make an appointment, drop off the car, see what repairs were needed (I received a text link with pictures), pay, and pick up the car. The work was fast, reasonable, and the whole process was effortless. I liked that the repair recommendations were graded as needed for safe driving (like brakes) and less pressing repairs that could be done later (like shocks). Honest mechanics! I definitely recommend them!

Super helpful and great service
As a college student it was important that I found a trustable shop. I took my car to Chad Miller Auto Care and they got back to me the same day with an inspection report. They were very helpful in explaining to me everything that was wrong so that I could understand, they are trustable and have great customer service. My car was fixed within a few days.

Oil filter change done in timely manner
The Chad Miller Auto shop was extremely busy. They had 60 vehicles lined up. The front desk person said it would be 6 days before they could get to my truck to do the oil filter change. I left my truck and upon leaving, I ran into Chad the owner. He wanted to know what I brought the truck in for and I told him about it. He said he would make sure my truck would be serviced no later than by the end of the day, and it was. I came back the next day to pick up my truck. I have to say that the Chad Miller Auto Shop is excellent. I have been using them for 20 to 30 years, and I have always received great service. Their staff over the years has always been friendly, professional, and fair in their pricing of all their services. I can't recommend them enough! Take your vehicle to Chad Miller Auto Shop. You will be very pleased.

I had a great experience with Chad Auto Care. They honored the guarantee on my car’s battery without any hassle, and I didn’t have to pay a dime. Reliable, Dependable and Professional
Met Chad Miller when we were in trouble with our GMC Sieirra, the hib broke leaving us stranded on the freeway headed to Corpus. It was a big job but Chad took care of us.
Buying a foreign car we were not sure if Chad worked on VW when we came into a manifold problem. 1 call to Chad an we found out he could help us with our problem, 24 hours later we are back on the road.
Chad is trustworthy and supports our military. If you have car troubles he is the only man to call.

Very negative experience.
Customer service for Jason is not important. A condescending Employee who does not seem interested on grow the business or keeping a loyal customer. It is a shame because I used to trust this shop for all the needs on my vehicles. Thanks for owner and other employees for your courtesy customer service skills.
