The only reason for the four stars is that they cannot make accommodations ( even just a few minutes for pick up) for those who get stuck in traffic/ and or run into unexpected issues.
Also, it would be nice to offer pick up and drop off service ,as well as clearly advertising your discounts ( military and others) especially for your loyal customers.
