Overall not a good experience

Overall not a good experience. Was referred to Chris from a service rep from Vara Chevrolet. Diagnostic was $150 dollars and was a good fair price. Quoted me for labor and parts and we came to agreement. He did a good job keeping me updated on parts status, and gave me instructions to pick up parts when they came in. We had conflicting schedules and it took some time to schedule the work but that was not his fault. We were finally able to get a time and he came over to the house and worked on the vehicle for hours. There was some unforeseen complications, but overall the work was done. Everything seemed to work fine for about a couple of hours that but the same issue came back. I reached out and he mentioned he would come Thursday March 28th in the AM, he did not show up. But he does text that he will come the following day. Does not show up. I give it a couple days because he could have been busy, and I reach out. I still have not gotten any responses. Now my vehicle radiator fan is running at 100% non stop anytime I operate my vehicle. When I looked in the engine bay, I noticed some random bolts and prices not being connected. I looked at my radiator surge tank. And the bolts are missing from there as well.

Just overall a bad experience. I did give 2 stars because he did the work as requested, but the issue is still occurring along with new issues
