to install it. After calling several auto stores I was frustrated with their lack of customer service and was usually told I had to bring my car to them DUH! I called Zach at 4:45 on a Friday late afternoon when my pickup wouldn't start. I was traveling thro
ugh so I needed a fix pronto. Zach came as soon as he could, and quickly determined it was the starter and replaced it. I was back on the road quickly. I'm grateful he was willing to work late on a Friday to solve my issue. He was professional and helpful. I'm very pleased with his service.
