When all is said and done I would never trust a single person working there. With my situation as it was when they had my car they dented it, tore apart the interior going thru my things and ran my battery down to nothing. Had to jump start it to return it. They took no responsibilities for what happened at the shop. Mak blew so much smoke I almost floated away. I told him about the concerns and he honestly just told me to bring it in there shop so the ones that did it can look at it. Sent him pictures and was just told to leave him alone. BBB has been notified and I have allowed 2 weeks for him to even respond. Guess what- nothing. So, that's there score.. Nothing.
