This South location very Nice and Professional
This is my 2nd time going to location and the 2nd I’m impressed and satisfied with the quality of work they Provide. This south location does not over charge you and does very good in explaining in detail of the work you need done on your car. I give them 5 stars.

Responsive and Helpful!
I ended up crashing my car into a curb when it was snowy. I tried working with the dealership and my insurance but that was a train wreck! They were overpriced and unhelpful so I called AutoSmart and asked for a quick quote based on the repairs the dealership recommended. Not only did they quote me a better price but they also replaced and worked on my car twice as much then the dealership would have. They also gave me a ride home after I dropped it off for repairs and they helped me realign my car after I picked up and had a slight pull to the right. Overall, top tier, will be back again.

Car repair
I was given a business card from Biff and decided to give them a try. When I called. They told me I could bring my car in anytime which was nice that I didn’t have to wait too long to make an appointment. Quinton called me with an estimate of everything that was needed. Once I gave the OK, my car was done in a few days. They were all very nice and answered all of my questions. The customer service was great and they got my car done fast so I wasn’t without it too long. I will definitely be going back!

Alternator Replacement
I called bright and early to see if they could replace my alternator, they said yes and same day. I arrived and had to wait there. They were done within 2 hours and the price was not bad at all. Cute kitties in the waiting room (however I am super allergic to cats LOL). Overall service was quick and easy, I would recommend going here.

I sincerely believe that this location is the most honest, trustworthy, reliable and capable place in town to have your automobile worked on. Does what needs to be done and charges fairly. Only place I trust to do my automobile upkeep. Never disappointed!!!
