I tried to redeem my reward points for lemon pepper seasoning. The points were deducted from my balance, but I could not finish the transaction, so I did not get the merchandise. I sent an email to the company through their website, but I did not get any confirmation it was received. I tried to call them and was left on hold for about 20 minutes and no one answered. Mind you, this was the second time I tried to reach them. The first time someone answered and said they could not hear me, then hung up. I want my 500 points back. There should be an easier way to redeem the points I HAVE EARNED!
