Unprofessional and rude salesmen
While I waited for my car to get serviced I decided to look at the cars in the lot. My husband and I noticed this beautiful black Toyota- Landcruiser that was parked where all the other vehicles that were for sale. We opened the door to look inside. I was holding my toddler and put him in the backseat so we could look at the car. Not even two seconds I heard a loud shout hey, hey, hey that’s sold! When I tell you he scared the heck outa me I swopped up my toddler so quickly and walked off. This man his name is Jack tall slim built, made me feel like I was stealing something, his unprofessional behavior was not only hurtful it was wrong. I’ve never been treated this way ever. We’re from Las Vegas and I have never ever been treated like this ever at any dealership there. Nothing but friendly and professional service, something that Jack clearly lacks. Needless to say I’ve been bringing my Highlander to this dealer faithfully for 2.5 yrs for all of its services and this experience is the reason I’m cutting ties with this establishment. If their employees have this attitude with paying customers then they don’t need our business!

I don’t like making auto purchases but thanks to Zoilo and Jose, they made this purchase possible and hassle free. They were honest, fair and professional. So was the finance department. Certainly will recommend to family and friends

Wonderful Complimentary with Replaced Windshield and Tires!
The sales person Zolio was helpful and friendly. I’m appreciate Bud Clary Toyota for replacing the windshield and four new tires as complimentary when I bought an used vehicle. The day to got my Toyoyta RAV 4WD, Zoilo and I had our “high fives” and he warmly congratulated me. It was nice feeling. Thank you!
