Karl and the team at Bowie Shell have been caring for my cars for years. Karl is straight forward and let’s you know exactly what’s going on under the hood. He communicates well and I haven’t had any “surprises” that he didn’t give me the heads up regarding it. I just had a lot of work done to my car. I drive children and need it to be sound. Karl always leaves me feeling I can trust him and the work that was done.
