Maryland Inspection
I called On Tuesday and made an appointment for Friday. Since my car was used, I inadvertently selected "used car inspection". The technician called to verify my selection, since I had called earlier in the week regarding a MD inspection. He corrected my request and performed my service with precision. I would rate my experience and 10 out of 10!

Diagnosed and fixed - so fast and so kind!
Everyone at this place is wonderful. They are all kind and take their time to answer your questions. They were able to fit me in when I was having issues with my jeep and quickly figured out the problem! They ordered the parts and it was ready to be picked up the following day. I appreciate that they were honest and communicated so well! Thank you! Will definitely be back in the future!

Straightforward guys

Received the usual accurate and professional maintenance
My wife and I are in our upper 70's and retired, and we cannot afford to go buy a new car. We are carefully maintaining the one we own. And Bowie Shell is helping us do that. I never have felt pressured to do unnecessary work, so when they advise me that something needs to be done, I believe them and have it done. It's a nice feeling to be able to trust your auto mechanic, and I don't take their care and consideration for granted.

Quick and no stress car repair

Was able to get next day appointment; work done on time and same price as quoted prior to work being done when I paid. Very informative of outcome of work. Did work I needed to get done. Didn’t try to upsell or add anything extra. Will def be going back.

Had to have a vehicle checked for an active Check Engine Light issue, and a bad misfire with the engine.
