Was able to get next day appointment; work done on time and same price as quoted prior to work being done when I paid. Very informative of outcome of work. Did work I needed to get done. Didn’t try to upsell or add anything extra. Will def be going back.

Excellent service as usual!
Had to have a vehicle checked for an active Check Engine Light issue, and a bad misfire with the engine. Called in to schedule an appointment for wasservice on a Friday afternoon, and was able to get a Monday morning appointment to have the vehicle looked at. Great staff.
I had been to Bowie shell a couple of times to have tires plugged. The service from the staff for those repairs was excellent. Which led me to come back when I needed a state inspection. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable. The service is concise.

My go-to repair shop
I like the setup they have. It's easy to come in and talk to them about what you need done to your vehicle and then come back later to drop it off or pick it up. The guys are car guys too and I don't feel like they are pushy salesman. Prices are reasonable and they always get the job done quicker than I expected.

Eddie said the whole process was great. The initial conversation with representative on phone showed good communication strategy. They took his vehicle in and had it done in record time. They said it would be done by 12:00 but the vehicle was ready at 10:00. He couldn't pick up the vehicle until the next day and he begged them to allow him to pick it up the next day, which they agreed to. Eddie suggested to continue doing a great job. He will continue to do business with the facility.

Although extremely busy, Carl tries his best to accommodate his customers with appointments that work with their schedules.
