I felt like it was the 70's again. Where there was service with a smile, the owner and mechanic didn't treat you like you were just money coming in the door. There was honest concern for why you brought your car in. I had left the house (3miles away) with out my wallet and the owner brought me home to get it, and while we were on the road had a wonderful conversation reminiscing past places in Norwich and Preston. Tell me where you can find that service these days. I have found my new Auto Shop for any other issues with my or my husbands vehicle. And will most definitely spread the word. Catalytic converter replacement

Bill’s Auto identified that two of my catalytic converters had failed and that the car would not pass the upcoming emissions test. Bill’s Auto worked with me to ensure the repairs were made before the scheduled emissions test. The repairs were made promptly, on cost, and the car then passed the emissions test.

Oil leak

Great group of people

Had work done somewhere else it wasn’t correct . I’m not originally from the area so as of yet I didn’t have “my mechanic” although I think I just found them. At first I hit them up on Yelp and they responded quickly they squeezed me into their schedule the same day and had me done an on the road in under an hour. The pricing was fair. Mike and his team communicated with me every step of the way and my car is running great. I would absolutely recommend this group an I will be using them myself for future needs.

I highly recommend Bill’s Auto Sales. They were able to tow my vehicle after hours to their shop. Owner called first thing in the morning with the issue and I had my car back by early afternoon. Easy to deal with and reasonably priced.
