Outstanding Service at Pennell's Auto!
I can't say enough positive things about Pennell's Auto. My company truck broke down in the afternoon, and they were quick to respond, towing it in without hesitation. They had it diagnosed and fully repaired by early the next afternoon. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer service was truly outstanding. If you're looking for a reliable and honest auto shop, I highly recommend Pennell's Auto!

Our car check engine light came on and penelles found the problem and fixed our car.
Pinellas took the time to diagnose what was wrong with our car. It was a bad turbo. They made sure all the correct parts were used during repair. They contacted us daily to let us know how the repair was going. They also went out of their way to make sure the warranty covered everything but are deductible.

Fixed a problem that another auto repair shop didn't fix!
I am very happy with the service at Pennell's. Michelle at the service desk is so nice and helpful. A mechanic I had for years from East Lyme retired...I was looking for a new, trustworthy mechanic so I had brought my Volvo XC70 to a shop in Groton that specializes in Volvos and I was very disappointed. I came to Pennell's hoping for a better experience. They solved a problem that the other place couldn't solve... Pennell's provides professional, courteous service. My car is running like a champ! I found my new mechanics. Don't be afraid to bring your Volvo here, it's the place to go. Thanks Pennell's!
