I would have given Pierre Ford a 5-Star rating except they up-sold me a warranty and gap insurance without providing me a clear and obvious opportunity to make a choice on these two items. I likely would have still purchased them but they where packaged as "part of the financing deal" and not stand alone products. Distasteful.
