Sad like all other shops not about being honest They are about money.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I am most definitely going to write this one… a few days ago my 16-year-old son took his car to auto go shop to have two exhaust tips (( Tips ))Only Welded to his car. If I could post pictures on this review, I would, and show you how they put these tips on… My dad is a welder, and I too know how to weld.I was taught by my father matter of fact, I can write my name in cursive by welding…soooooo
Anyways, because we don’t have a welder and I thought hey these guys would probably put these on for 40-50 bucks tops. Because I know how long it takes to weld and how much work is entailed in it to tack weld them up there. It should’ve taken no more than 20 minutes tops. That’s putting the car in the air turning on the system, adjusting gas, adjusting heat ratings, holding the tips up to the current pipes on the car and weld them to it… he actually called me while making this review. Said lifts, welders, gas and time all added up..

They got tack welded! 3 pops per tip
30 seconds tops per tip ?
Was he nice? yep! Very polite telling me how it was okay economically that times are tough he charged my son 140.00 to (( tack ))
then added things are expensive nowadays you know that.. And I said to him you ran out of gas in your welder had to leave and go get more gas he said yes we did

Aaaand my sons time means nothing I guess?Only auto go time matters not you.
Sooo if you read this know I am not bashing to bash because that is not my heart I’m just say n they don’t have one. All about money.For the love DO NOT SEND YOUR kids THERE FOR ANYTHING! Ever

Fantastic experience!!
We have used Auto Go on previous vehicles, and this visit was stellar.
Vehicle was ready next day, loaner was provided which really helped.
Matt Maggard was professional, easy going and enjoyable to work with.

Will use Auto Go for our vehicle service needs in the future.

Easy to work with
Gave us a pass on a brake job. Other mechanic suggested it but they provided a second opinion and found we are still functional and safe. We appreciate the Auto Go team’s honesty. Well worth a minimal inspection charge.

Overheating Brakes
Brake overheated on the last mile to our family vacation destination on Saturday evening. I set up an appointment after hours on their website for Monday Morning and arrived at open with my vehicle. Justin and Matt were able to get me scheduled to be looked at within the next day or two. As promised they assessed the problem called me and had it fixed that day. I picked up my truck at open Wednesday morning. I really appreciated their honesty and quick work to resolve the issue and it certainly reduced the stressful situation that this created for my family and I while on vacation here in Branson. There are not enough good people in the World today, but these guys at Auto Go Automotive should that there are!!! Thanks Again guys !!!
