Service Advisor Wayne is HORRIBLE

Sonata engine failed driving in to work. Had vehicle towed to State certified repair shop. Lead mechanic inspected car AND drove it. Diagnosed problem and informed us of the class action lawsuit Hyundai lost in regards to Sonata engines. Hyundai USA verified our car was included. Made the mistake of taking the car to Antwerpen Hyundai of Clarksville and being assigned Service Advisor Wayne. After 3 weeks of Wayne having our car, he finally calls us. Not to tell us anything about the work timeframe or anything the car was brought there for. He called to tell us both brake lines need replacing for 600+ dollars. HOW??? Vehicle was being driven when engine failed. Certified mechanic inspected AND drove car. 2 tow truck operators DROVE the car onto their respective roll offs, and DROVE the car off. Each and everyone has stated the ONLY problem the car had was the engine, but after sitting at Antwerpen Hyundai of Clarksville for 3 weeks, now the brake lines suddenly need to be replaced. I was also told that we have a flat tire as well.
STAY AWAY from this dealership if you need ANY service work. Service Advisor Wayne does not care about customers, their cars, or communicating.
