We're really sorry to hear that your experience didn't hit the mark. It sounds like we dropped the ball, and that's certainly not the impression we strive to leave. A missing technician and unavailable customer service is not what we like to see—or, let’s be honest, what anyone likes to face. Was this before 5pm, our closing time? On mondays our technicians are in class continuing their automotive training. I was personally at the store yesterday? Unfortunately we can stay late often but not every day sorry.
