Regarding the punching of new Hyundai Palisade
Love-hate relationship of buying a new Hyundai Palisade from Ken Garff Hyundai, Cheyenne, Wyoming. I dearly love the salesperson Denett and was more than happy with her knowledge and presentation. I would be more than happy to buy another car from her in the future. After putting several miles on the new Palisade, we dearly love it. I think my problem is with others. Aside from the problems with Joe, the finance person, I noticed the headliner had several greasy hand prints on it. Denett had it looked at and they fluffed the nap but left the dirty prints. It looks better, but the dirty prints are still there. I was happy with the final quote for $55,954.96. Then off to finance, to start with, I tried to tell Bob I was not interested in any of his additional coverage as I take great care of my vehicles. I very seldom own a vehicle past the original warranty. Probably no more Ken Garff. He persisted in wasting 2 hours of my time and has to be the rudest finance person I have ever dealt with.

Buying a new car is stressful, but this process was the best I’ve had so far. I didn’t feel pressured, they let me test drive cars just to make sure it was what I didn’t want or need, they let me look at all the cars like the one I wanted and didn’t try to push the most expensive option, they didn’t seem bothered that my kids were running around, and they gave me a good deal for my trade-in vehicle. I was appreciative that they worked with me on some paperwork that I forgot to bring, and accepted a picture of what we needed, with a promise for me to get the original to them as soon as possible, which saved me from having to drive home and back to the dealership. They were knowledgeable and kind throughout the process!

The staff actually stayed late to finalize the purchase and explain all the features of the car to make sure I was all setup before I drove off.
