I recommend brandfon hyundai to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. Their associates are knowledgeable, very friendly, and easy to work with. I felt absolutely no pressure and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the car I drove home in, and everyday I get in it that same excitement comes back. I will return for my next car.

An Unusually Great Car Purchase Experience
I have no complaints about my experience recently purchasing a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy edition. The dealership immediately took a discount off of the vehicle on its webpage and was still willing to negotiate. There were no tricks, catches, or haggling at anytime during the process. It was my best experience in 30 years of purchasing automobiles. This was my first time purchasing a Hyundai and I would not hesitate again as the vehicle is an impressive SUV at a crazy price for all that it offers.

Krish Sharma, sales consultant, was terrific all the way through. Direct, informative, disclosive and made a terrific first impression which he sustained throughout. He also helped with insurance coverage. I was for a time a Program Director, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Federal Trade Commission. Krish rates in the top fraction of a per cent.

I had a great experience throughout the entire process. My sales representative Kris Sharma listened to me, presented alternatives both for vehicles and financing options. He provided excellent support after I made the decision to lease a 2021 Venue.

Our salesperson, Rick, was extremely thoughtful and patient. We took our time in making this purchase - a month of test driving and thinking. All through the process the dealership made us feel valued. This made all the difference! Even with a change in our salesperson [our initial salesperson left the dealership], we never felt like the Rick or the dealership were just looking at us like a pile of money to pounce on. Rick at Branford Hyundai was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife was leasing the car and she can be somewhat difficult and basically just not sure what she wants. Rick put her in a great Santa Fe and was very patient with her even when she couldn't have the heated steering wheel. We loved everything about the experience.
